Joint Entrance examination (JEE) is the national level entrance tests to pursue the scope of studies in the engineering field. JEE Mains Exam 2020

 

The JEE Mains is the entrance test to take admission in India’s top engineering colleges. the students who will clear this paper will go to qualify the JEE Advance paper which is the entrance test for IIT. In 2020, the pattern of exams has changed for JEE Mains. The changed pattern is:

 

  • The exam will have three papers in the Mains which is B.tech, B.Arch and third one separately for B. planning.
  • The question paper will carry 75 marks for each paper.
  • Each section will carry 25 equal marks in which 20 will be based on MCQ and 5 will be based on numerical.
  • The MCQ questions will have negative marking but no minus marking for numerical ones.
  • The newly introduced paper B.Planning will be of 400 marks divided into 100 questions. It will include the part of mathematics (B.Arch), Aptitude(B.Arch) and planning based MCQs.
  • From 2020 attempt of JEE, the students will have a less negative response.

 

Important Note: The registration for JEE Mains 2020 begins from 3rd September to 30th September 2019.

 

JEE Advance Exam 2020

The JEE advance exam 2020 will be going to conduct by IITs Delhi this year. Last year it was done by the IITs Roorkee. The candidates have to qualify the exam of JEE mains to sit for the JEE Advance. The JEE Advance is the admission test for IITs.

  • The applying form of the JEE Advance will release after the declaration of the JEE mains exams.

  • Most of the syllabus of JEE advance will be from 12th CBSE.
